What are the fees?

There are four fee types:

  • a registration fee ? in a fixed amount
  • an arbitration fee ? expressed as a percentage of the amount in dispute
  • an advance for arbitration expenses
  • a mediation fee ? expressed as a percentage of the amount in dispute

Arbitration expenses are any expenses other than the costs included in the fees.

    Arbitration expenses include:

1.†the costs of travel and accommodation of arbitrators,
    2.†fees payable to experts,
3.†the costs of proceedings held outside the place of arbitration,
4.†the costs of translation and interpreting services,
5.†the costs of making a stenographic record,
    6.†etc.

The fee payment rules specify the amount of the fees (also in respect of international proceedings), cases when fees are partially reimbursed, cases when fees are charged partially or not at all, as well as the procedure for paying fees and a detailed price list of arbitration expenses.
