Appointment of the president of SARA and recruitment of arbitrators PDF E-mail


The management board of KIPA appointed Minister Aleksander Proksa as President of the Court of Arbitration of the Audiovisual Market (SARA).
The Court started to operate in June 2011. The Court accepts proposals of candidates for arbitrators recommended by representatives of the audiovisual business ? proposals should be emailed to the following address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Any such proposal should incorporate the candidate?s CV, a description of his or her professional experience and his or her contact details. Among the proposed candidates, there should be representatives of all film-related professions, who have profound knowledge, many years? experience and are trusted by the audiovisual business circles. A decision to enter a candidate on the list of arbitrators of SARA is taken by the president of the Court.
